Research: The meaning of economic empowerment for women survivors of abuse

In 2013, the African Gender Institute (AGI) will partner with the Saartjie Baartman Centre for Women and Children on a study that looks at the meaning of economic empowerment for the women survivors of abuse. While some Gender Studies Honours students conduct the research, the Feminist e-Knowledges team from the AGI will make a digital story to visually represent the findings of the study.
